To call for help, simply hold down the button for 3 seconds until the watch says 'SOS call initiated'. You will then be connected to our 24/7 monitoring team. You can speak to them through the watch and they will arrange the best help for you.
If you have the automatic falls feature activated, your watch may activate automatically after a fall. The watch will audibly state that a fall has been detected for 20 seconds before placing a call through to the monitoring team. A short push of the button during the 20 second fall detection period will cancel the emergency call being placed.
