We use a highly experienced monitoring centre based in the UK. They hold full TSA accreditation. Operators are trained to the highest possible standard in how to triage different emergency situations and our centre monitors over 20,000 calls per month.
When a call comes in from the watch we will talk to you through it to understand the nature of the emergency. We will then alert the most appropriate emergency service or named contacts to help.
